The questions that come up in almost every first conversation, answered here so your enquiry can skip straight to the specifics.
At minimum: the product, the grade or standard, quantity, destination port or site, and the required delivery window. For panels add core type, thickness and colour; for valves add size, pressure class, end connection and media; for resin add the process and target melt flow. If you have a drawing or bill of quantities, that usually answers everything at once.
It depends on the item and the origin. Stock items can often ship in part-container quantities. Mill-rolled products such as rails, billets, coil and wire rod carry mill minimums that are usually measured in full container or full production-lot terms. Made-to-order panels have a minimum linear metre run per colour and profile. We will tell you the minimum before you commit to anything.
FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP are all routine. Payment is typically by irrevocable letter of credit at sight, or telegraphic transfer with an agreed deposit against balance on documents. For established accounts, other structures can be discussed. The terms are stated in full on every quotation — there are no conditions introduced later.
Yes, and we encourage it. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own nominated inspector can be arranged at origin before loading. We also issue container loading photographs before sealing as standard practice, whether or not a formal inspection is booked.
Mill test certificates to EN 10204 3.1 for steel and aluminium; certificates of analysis per lot for polymer resin; declarations of performance and reaction-to-fire classifications for CE-marked panel systems; pressure-class and material certification for valves. Certificates are available for review before shipment rather than arriving with the goods.
