Valves &
Fittings

Twelve valve and fitting lines in bronze, brass, forged and stainless steel, supplied to DIN, BS, ANSI and API pressure classes — with trim selected against the media rather than against a catalogue page.

DeltaGBS sources industrial valves and pipe fittings — gate, globe, ball, check and butterfly valves, strainers, flanges and forged fittings in bronze, brass, cast iron, carbon and stainless steel — with material certificates and pressure test reports.

Live Mechanism Schematics

Fig. 01 — Isolation

Gate Valves

NRS & OS&Y full-bore isolation, bronze/brass/forged stainless. DN15–DN300 · PN10–PN25, Class125/150.

Fig. 02 — Throttling

Globe Valves

Standard, bellow-sealed & Y-type throttling control. DN15–DN250 · PN16–PN40, Class125/150.

Fig. 03 — Non-Return

Check Valves

Swing, lift & wafer styles preventing backflow. DN15–DN300 · PN16–PN40, Class125/150.

Fig. 05 — Quarter-Turn

Butterfly Valves

Lug & wafer bodies for large-diameter lines. DN50–DN600 · PN16, lever or gear operated.

Fig. 09 — Quarter-Turn

Ball Valves

Bronze & stainless, full-bore low-torque shut-off. DN15–DN150 · screwed or flanged ends.

Fig. 04 — Filtration

Strainers

Y-type & basket-type with removable screens. DN15–DN300 · PN16–PN40, perforated or wire mesh.

Fig. 06 — Flow Control · Live Example

Balancing Valves

Manual flow-balancing & metering valves with a calibrated setting scale and pressure test ports, so commissioning engineers can verify and lock in design flow rates across every branch of a hydronic circuit.

  • Sizes DN15–DN200
  • Ratings PN16 / PN25
  • Materials bronze, brass
  • Calibrated dial & test ports

Rubber Flexible Joints

Fabric & wire-reinforced rubber bellows absorb axial compression, axial extension and angular deflection between pipe sections and rotating equipment, shielding the system from vibration, noise and fatigue.

  • Inner/outer rubber — NR, NBR, EPDM, PTFE
  • Reinforcing cord — nylon tire cord
  • Reinforcing ring — hard steel wire
  • Flange — Q235 / SS304 / SS316
Fig. 08 — Vibration Control · Live Example

SS Flexible Joints

Corrugated stainless-steel bellows absorb axial compression, axial extension, lateral offset and angular rotation in a fully welded, leak-tight envelope — torsion is the one movement the bellows should never be asked to take.

  • Sizes DN25–DN600
  • Rating PN16 / Class 150
  • Flanged or butt-weld ends
  • Optional flow liner, cover & tie rods

Air Release Valves

A float rises and falls with the water level inside the body — venting trapped air through the orifice when air collects, then sealing automatically as water lifts the float. On draining, the same float drops to admit air and break the vacuum, preventing headloss, flow reduction and structural damage at high points, long runs and mainline valves.

  • Sizes DN25–DN200
  • Rating PN16
  • Single, double orifice & water hammer types
  • Body — cast iron, carbon steel, stainless
Fig. 11 — Pipe Connections · Live Example

Flanges

A bolted, gasketed connection between the raised faces lets systems be disassembled for inspection or maintenance without cutting the line — the two faces mate to seal, then part again on demand.

  • Sizes DN15–DN600
  • Ratings PN10–PN40, Class150/300
  • Raised face or flat face
  • Material — carbon / stainless steel

Gas Service Joints

Ball-type shutoff valves engineered for the tap where a service line branches off the distribution main toward a building's gas meter — tight, dependable quarter-turn shut-off for natural gas and LPG over long service intervals.

  • Sizes DN15–DN150
  • Rating PN16 / Class 150
  • Body — carbon steel / bronze
  • Service — natural gas, LPG

Next Steps

What Happens After You Enquire

Four stages, with a checkpoint at each one where you approve before we proceed.

STEP 01

Specification Review

We come back with clarifying questions on grade, standard, tolerance and destination before quoting anything.

STEP 02

Sourcing & Quotation

Matched to qualified mills across three sourcing regions, quoted with incoterm, lead time, packing and payment terms in full.

STEP 03

Production & Inspection

Production slot booked on confirmation, progress updates issued, third-party inspection arranged at your instruction.

STEP 04

Shipping & Documents

Loading photographs before sealing, then the full document set couriered or presented through your bank as agreed.
